Cancellation and Refund Policy

Subscriptions and renewal
Inzoly subscriptions automatically renew at the selected monthly or annual interval until canceled. The billing interval and amount are displayed before checkout.
Canceling
You may cancel through the billing controls in your Inzoly account. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access ordinarily continues through the end of the already-paid billing period.
Refunds
Inzoly does not provide prorated refunds or credits for an unused portion of a billing period, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support promptly so the charge can be reviewed.
Purchased AI credits
Purchased AI credits are separate from credits included with a subscription. Unused purchased credits are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Used credits are not refundable merely because AI output did not produce a desired business result.
Billing help
Email support@inzoly.com with the account email, charge date, and amount. Do not send a password or full payment-card number.
