Terms of Service

By creating an account, connecting an external account, purchasing a subscription, or using Inzoly, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. If you use Inzoly for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

Inzoly provides product catalog, inventory, marketplace integration, listing, analytics, sourcing, AI-assisted content, social-planning, and related ecommerce tools. Features and limits may differ by subscription plan.

Beta or preview features may change, contain errors, or be temporarily unavailable. Maintain appropriate source records and backups for critical business information.

You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity performed through your account. When you connect eBay, Shopify, Meta, Stripe, or another provider, you authorize Inzoly to access information and perform workflows within the permissions you approve.

Third-party services control their own availability, APIs, policies, fees, account decisions, and data. Inzoly does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any third-party provider.

You retain ownership of product information, images, business records, and other content you submit, subject to third-party rights. You grant Cheep Goods, LLC a limited license to process that content as reasonably necessary to provide and secure Inzoly.

You are responsible for your products, prices, descriptions, condition disclosures, inventory, shipping, returns, taxes, customer service, marketplace compliance, and final publishing decisions.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for a marketplace. You must review AI-generated titles, descriptions, item specifics, measurements, condition notes, sourcing results, pricing suggestions, social content, and other output before relying on or publishing it.

Inzoly does not guarantee sales, profits, resale value, final sale prices, search rankings, marketplace approval, listing accuracy, AI accuracy, intellectual-property clearance, or any particular business result. Sourcing estimates and active marketplace asking-price evidence are not guarantees of a future sale and are not sold-comparable evidence unless explicitly identified as such.

You may use Inzoly only for lawful activity and accounts you are authorized to manage. You may not use the service for counterfeit or deceptive listings, infringement, spam, unauthorized access, marketplace-rule evasion, malicious activity, security bypass, unreasonable automated load, or unlawful content.

Plan prices, billing intervals, included features, and included AI allowances are presented before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.

You may cancel at any time through supported billing controls. Cancellation stops future renewal; access ordinarily continues through the end of the already-paid billing period. There is no prorated refund or credit for an unused portion of a billing period, except where required by applicable law.

Purchased AI credits are separate from the recurring subscription allowance. Unused purchased AI credits are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Used AI credits are not refundable merely because AI output did not produce a desired business result.

Failed, reversed, or disputed payments may result in restricted access. Future pricing may change with appropriate advance notice.

Imports, synchronization, automatic delisting, order processing, and third-party APIs can experience delays or errors. Inzoly is designed to reduce duplicate-sale and inventory risks but cannot guarantee that every marketplace update will occur instantaneously or successfully. Sellers remain responsible for monitoring their marketplace accounts and resolving conflicting orders or provider errors.

Cheep Goods, LLC may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, unlawful activity, nonpayment, provider requirements, material violations of these Terms, fraud prevention, or protection of users or the service. When practical, notice and an opportunity to correct the issue will be provided.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Inzoly is provided “as is” and “as available.” Cheep Goods, LLC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Inzoly does not warrant that imports, AI output, measurements, inventory values, analytics, marketplace evidence, integrations, synchronization, or third-party information will always be complete, accurate, current, accepted, or continuously available.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cheep Goods, LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, sales, business opportunities, data, goodwill, inventory, marketplace access, or anticipated savings arising out of or relating to Inzoly or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Cheep Goods, LLC for all claims arising out of or relating to Inzoly or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to Inzoly during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim or (b) $100.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Cheep Goods, LLC from third-party claims arising from your products, content, listings, marketplace activity, unlawful use, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights, except to the extent a claim results from Cheep Goods, LLC's own unlawful conduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise. Subject to any mandatory rights or venue rules that cannot be waived, disputes arising from these Terms or Inzoly will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Kentucky.

These Terms may be updated as Inzoly, applicable law, or provider requirements change. Material changes will receive notice when required. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable purchase terms form the agreement concerning the service.
