eBay import
How to Import Your eBay Listings Into Inzoly
If you already sell on eBay, importing your active catalog is usually the fastest way to populate Inzoly. Imports run in resumable batches so larger catalogs can continue without starting over.
Step by step
- 1
Open Integrations
From the Inzoly workspace, select Integrations and open the eBay integration.
- 2
Connect your production eBay account
Use the secure eBay authorization flow and confirm you are connecting the seller account that contains the listings you want to import.
- 3
Start the import once
Select Start eBay Import. Avoid repeatedly starting the same import while a job is already queued or processing.
- 4
Watch the import counts
Review Processed, Created, Updated, Linked, Skipped, and Failed counts in Recent imports. Refresh the page to see current progress.
- 5
Review imported products
Open Products and spot-check images, titles, descriptions, prices, quantities, SKU values, and marketplace status before cross-listing or editing in bulk.
Helpful tips
- Large imports can continue in the background; you do not need to keep clicking Start Import.
- If something looks wrong, check a few representative products before assuming the entire import is affected.
- Imported marketplace data should still be reviewed before publishing to another marketplace.
