Orders and inventory
How to Review Orders and Inventory in Inzoly
Orders and Inventory serve different purposes: Orders shows marketplace order activity that needs attention, while Inventory keeps the physical item, cost, storage, barcode, quantity, and sold history organized.
Step by step
- 1
Open Orders
Review paid orders and items that need shipment.
- 2
Refresh marketplace orders when needed
If eBay order totals look stale, open the eBay integration and use Sync orders now.
- 3
Open Inventory for the physical item record
Use Inventory to manage storage location, acquisition details, cost, barcode, quantity, and sold history.
- 4
Verify sold status before changing quantity
Confirm which marketplace sold the item and whether corresponding listings on other channels have been ended.
- 5
Keep storage and SKU data current
Update location or SKU information when inventory moves so sold items can be found quickly.
- 6
Use Needs Attention for exceptions
Review unresolved marketplace, order, or inventory issues instead of assuming automation completed successfully.
Helpful tips
- Do not archive an item until you are confident the sale and marketplace status are correct.
- One-of-one inventory should have one source quantity even if it has several marketplace listings.
- If an order is missing, sync the connected marketplace before recreating anything manually.
