Getting started
How to Get Started With Inzoly
Use this guide the first time you open Inzoly. The goal is to connect one marketplace, understand where products and listings live, and complete one real workflow before moving your entire business.
Step by step
- 1
Sign in and open the workspace
After logging in, use the left navigation to move between Products, Inventory, Sourcing, Photo Batch, Listings, Social Content Studio, Live Selling, Integrations, Analytics, Billing, and Help.
- 2
Connect your first marketplace
Open Integrations and connect a supported marketplace through its authorization flow. Start with the marketplace you already use most.
- 3
Import or add one product
If you sell on eBay, you can import active listings. You can also create a product manually or from photos using AI.
- 4
Review the master product record
Products is the central record for the physical item. Check title, description, images, SKU, price, quantity, condition, and inventory details before reusing it elsewhere.
- 5
Try one end-to-end workflow
Use one item to test sourcing, listing creation, cross-listing, inventory, or social content. Confirm the result before scaling up.
Helpful tips
- Start with one real product rather than importing or editing your entire catalog at once.
- Use Help inside the workspace for account-specific navigation and step-by-step articles.
- Marketplace availability differs by channel, so verify the current status before relying on a workflow.
Keep going
